I want everyone to be able to use my website and my services easily, whatever their needs. I follow the Equality Act 2010 and aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at AA standard.

I have designed this website with accessibility in mind:

• Clear, plain English throughout — no jargon.
• Readable text with strong colour contrast against the background.
• Larger font sizes for comfortable reading.
• Simple navigation that works on desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Descriptions (alt text) on images, so screen readers can understand them.
• No reliance on colour alone to convey information.

Accessibility is about more than the website. When I visit you, I will always ask about and respect your individual needs — for example communication preferences, hearing or sight support, or anything that helps you feel comfortable and understood. If you need information in large print or another format, just ask and I will provide it.
